anxiey/depression/ocd help.

i have anxiety/depression/ocd. can't see a doctor cause i dont have insurance

one more thing i like to add, my symptoms i have right now, i feel disconnected from my body and mind and i feel unbalanced  when i walk and feet feel like i'm being pulled down. please reply back if u have the same symptoms or know anything about this.

Hey!  I just wanted to tell you that you are not alone.  Many people, including myself, struggle with anxiety issues.  You need to, if at all possible, see a doctor.  They can prescribed meds that may help you.  You also might need to speak with a counselor.  Check and see if there are any free clinics in your area.  I'm sure you can find someone to help.  I wish I could offer you more advice but I'm all new to this as well.  Hang in there!  If you would like to talk, feel free to message me.

oh yeah just to let you people know i'm not suicidal, just going abit crazy right now, so please reply back to me. i really need help before this gets out of hand.

i mean i was in the hospital a few days ago cause of a anxiety attack, but they only give me a prescription of lorazpam 1mg to calm me down. they didn't let me tell them about my depression and ocd ****** ******* doctors.

and plus i'm scared to go to the hospital cause they might lock me up for 30 days.
