anyone please help

i am just so down it just keeps getting worse they put me on zoloft for both depression and anxiety, i stopped takin it because i hated the side effects.  i have been having such a good day, then i get home and just break down....i want it to stop. how do you make it stop? i just want to be happy.  i have no one to talk to, i live in hawaii, and am from the mainland, so i have no friends or family out here, its just me and my husband.  i just found out that i have thyroid problems, and not sure yet what exactly they are, i am waiting and waiting for my doctors appointment.  i just want to stop crying, and be a normal f***ing person.  someone please just give me some advice....

I'm sorry to hear about your depression. I know how it feels. Low thyroid function can cause depression, so maybe when you get that taken care of it will help. I am on Zoloft now and it helps a lot. It took eight weeks to start working.

I always found working out and taking walks helps. Stop thinking about things go have fun.
