its not a temporary movement disorder, i been having this moving problem since i have the tightness,
and when the tightness is bad the movment is bad as well, so im pritty sure its cause by stress, so if thats the case it should reduce the pain? and if yes is that for long term meaning it will heal it, or just as long as i will be on paxil?
It does take time. Most of the time it takes about 4-6 weeks to take effect. Sometimes you'll need more. Drs tend to start you out at a low dose. They always want you to take the lowest effective dose of ADs.
Do you grind your teeth in your sleep by any chance? Have you tried a nightgaurd? My anxiety makes me grind my teeth. You can purchase a night guard from your dentist, but they sell cheaper knock offs at Walgreens or CVS that work fine for me. That might give you a little relief until the Paxil starts working.
I do grind abd bought that thing but was so unconftble that I cudnt put it in mouth for a minute...
What does it help for?
And what else can help untill the med kicks in?
Also, did u tryed theropy? I'm wondering if I shudnt try that
