can you help me

i have for a long time been holding in my sadness because i thought no one would care if i said anything.but the past few months i have had alot of trouble and i have only just let it out and i cry every day.  im only 13 years old but i would like to know what to do. i go to school but i cry my eyes out about it. i miss my family more than ever evn after the first five minutes i feel sad when im away from them. i couldnt care less about myself anymore. i am starting to think about hurting myself.the social worker thinks i might have depression buty i dont kbnow what to do can u help me?

Please tell us more about what is going on. When did this start? Have you told your parents about this? If not why? If you have told them, how did they respond?
