celexa and the patch?

hello again, well I went to the doctor and they said that i have depression, BPD and PTSD. they perscribed me Celexa. I have been taking it since last Thurday. I guess i feel different, I find that i'm defanitly calmer but I still feel like I don't want to do a damn thing...very lazy...i have always been very active (before all this depression ****) anyway...I would like to stop smoking and I have used the patch in the past and it really worked for me. of course when my symptoms got worse, i started to smoke again...I want to start the patch again, i'm afraid of the interaction of the celexa and the patch might affect me in a bad way. has anyone used the patch and meds? i tried to goole it, but nothing.
any info will help. thanks!!!

give the celexa time. It takes 4-6 weeks for it to really get the benefit from it. there should be no problem with the patch.  but I can highly reccomnend hypnosis to quit smoking.I went last Friday and had it done and I havent smoked since. cool huh.
good luck to you .I know how hard it is to try to quit smoking.
