combining antidepressants

I have been taking 150mg of effexor twice / day with Wellbutrin 200mg (2 pills of 100mg) once / day. I have been taking the Wellbutrin (100mg x 2) in the morning with 150 mg of effexor. I have been taking the 2nd effexor around dinner time. I have noticed recently that I have had slight shaking of the hands (mild tremors). My md doctor (not my psychiatrist) suggested that I spread out the wellbutrin like the effexor. Two questions:
1) What is your opinion of taking wellbutrin with effexor?
2) Is it possible that my hand tremors are from taking the wellbutrin (200mg) with the effexor (150mg) in the morning? Should I stagger the wellbutrin as my md doctor suggested?

I was taking effexor and something other than wellbutrin...but at the same time.  i found that if i took all the effexor at once, i would go nuts.  take it too far apart, and i would shake (and go nuts).

i AM taking wellbutrin now.  i'm on 150 now, but when i was taking 300 (all in the morning) i was crazed and angry (side effects).  so the doctor suggested taking it in the morning and then in the late afternoon.  that seemed to work ok, but i switched back to 150 for other reasons.

anyways, i'd try doing what the dr says.  see if it helps.  if not, go back and tell your doctor that they are nuts :P
