hi I've been taking paroxetine for about 15 years I started taking them after all are 4 years ago I take 400 milligrams of adderall a day and that was prescribed for seizures. I was recently at the doctor and I discussed my depression getting worse so he prescribe Cymbalta. I'm nervous about taking the Cymbalta

I have to talk to someone about how I feel different since I left my induced coma. Nobody seems to want to hear it.

Paxil and Effexor are the worst meds to be on.  If you survived stopping Paxil, you can survive Cymbalta.  But keep in mind that it can be stimulating and so can exacerbate anxiety unless you're real problem, and this is more often the case than most realize, is depression.  Think it out, but don't be scared about it, just be educated about it.  Are you working on non-medication help as well, such as therapy?

Why are you nervous aout taking it?  Is it just because it is a new medicine to you?
