conversion disorder

I was diagonised with conversion disorder in 2001, I had to learn to walk and feed myself again, I am concerned that I might be starting to have another breakdown.  Can this disoreded happen more than once?

Oh yes, nanna.  This can come and go at will.  Or if you are under  stress again or had a recent crisis.  Sometimes it goes away for good. Or you can have it the rest of your life.  Mine is essentially untreatable due to the fact that I have troubles on many medications.  You need to get help now before it reaches the point of breakdown.  Listen to soft music. do quiet time.   Have your meds ready. And try not to take life too serious.  I know it's hard but fnding a way to keep calm is your key.  Good luck.  Im sorry your having to go through this again.
