Another thought came to me jd... If you haven't already done so, maybe have your Thyroid checked. (Thyroid Function Test).
The only thing you can do about your situation really is first and foremost talk with you med manager and therapist, see if they can help you. Although, I still have the same problem as you (but I think I know why I am like this, and no med will completely fix it for me) I'm on 60mg Cymbalta with 1mg Clonazapam. My doc's have always said, "The meds don't always completely fix the problem, you have to get out and walk or do what ever you like doing." Its easier said then done, but I have to admit the Clonazapam stops most all of the anxiety unless something happens that gets my anxiety up, then I can take up to 2mg, and that will help, but if I take 2 it will also put me to sleep if the anxiety isn't up, if it is up, my body seems to use up the med and I won't experience any sleepiness. I started out at taking only a 1/4 of the pill of 1mg, because it put me to sleep. I've been on it so long now, that I take 1mg in the evening to help me sleep. I have Lunesta for sleeping but it taste so bitter and leaves a really bitter taste in my mouth, and I sleep so deep and I will usually have some kind of dreams. I hope you can figure it out jd.
