cymbalta

Im going to start taking 30 mg of cymbalta tomorrow . Was wondering has anyone out there taken this medicationand how dose it work for you. also I understand the side effects aren't to bad. I know everyone is different but how long did you take it before feelig better.

I've been taking Cymbalta 60 mg for about 4 weeks now. I had been taking Effexor 150mg for almost 3 years and thought I needed a change. I don't really feel any different with the new meds I'm on now.
I was wondering if you knew why your not supposed to drink and take Cymbalta. Sometimes i think a drink is better than a pill. I just want to be happy and not so sad.

i felt it in 3 hours, had to stop taking it in 5 days as it made me feel very very over stimulated. and it was a low dose,

but we are all different. maybe it will work well for you :)

i dont like effexor either, makes me feel dreamy in a bad way (disconnected)

I have been on cymbalta for almost a year and I love it.  I've tried many others and I notice a big difference.

Just a good suggestion from one who knows. A drink is a deppresant the more ya drink the more ya get depresed.  Also when ya drink with the meds they don't really help ya.   My Doc did'nt put me on Cymbalta he put me on Effexor. I took it for 8 days and thought I was lossing it  You see I use to be on Welbutren and it worked well for me however he (doc) wanted  me to try Effexor. Well I did. I M calling him today and letting him know whats going on.  He did say if it did'nt work out  let him know and he would change meds.
