depressed after my relationship ended

Hi i just broke up with my gf like a week ago and i thought it was the right thing to do and now im having regrets, not being able to sleep, im mentally and physically breaking down and barely keepin it all in. The worst part is that she told me that i pushed her away into someone elses arms which was the worst feelin ive ever had hearing that. I just feel like i made a mistake but ik she said she wont take me back. All my firends i try to talk to seem to have their own problems or i dont feel comfortable taking to them about this and the only person who does try to see if im ok is my ex gf like seriously. I feel lost worthless, and wish i wasnt born. Everyone else is happy but me ive always felt this way. Like i dont see why im not a **** and i treat people with respect and are always polite and try to be the best i can be. Dont i deserve to be happy to?

Dude, I went through the EXACT SAME thing recently. Honestly, I'm still brokened down. The only thing I can say is time will heal things, but for now, distract yourself. Watch tv, play videogames, go outside and exercise, hang out with your friends, what ever takes your mind of things. Hope this helps.

Give it time, eventually it should heal.  There are another almost 7 billion people in the world so that's another almost 7 billion chances for you to be happy with someone else.
