depression, sex and erections

I wanted a 2nd opinion about whether my symptoms look like depression to you -- or something else.
A psychiatrist diagnosed depression, but I'm still not convinced as most of my symptoms are physical.  I was also diagnosed with Lyme disease (but an internist doctor disputed this diagnosis) and with chronic fatigue syndrome.

My symptoms began 4 years ago without any apparent triggering incident:
Fatigue, weakness, cognitive problems or mental fog, light headedness relieved by lying down, loss of libido, erection difficulties (no full erections), including loss of involuntary erections while asleep, and loss of pleasure from sex.  My mood is not really very depressed, except for the fact that I don't feel good about having all these symptoms!  Otherwise my life feels quite normal.  I don't take any medications.

As far as I know, loss of libido is normal with depression and chronic fatigue but not the loss of erections.  Any ideas about whether depression could cause this?  Or anything else?  I've been pretty thoroughly tested but is there anything else I could investigate?  Thanks!!

I dont know as Im not a doctor obviously.Have you gotten all this checked out medically? There is a type of depression thats very real but is mostly bodily, meaning your mood is not so bad but youre tired,in a fog etc so it is possible you are indeed depressed.
