I just lost a pregnancy 4 days ago and I feel dizzy, tired and just not myself. I feel like I want to do nothing.
is this a sign of Panic attacks? feeling dizzy alot, shakey inwardly like i am going to have a siezer. ringing in my ears when I feel dizzy too and shortness of breathe. I couldnt sleep lastnight..I thought I was dying because i felt NOT like myself. is this normal to feel this way after a loss of an unborn child?????

I posted to your previous post, and it still stands that you are depressed and suffering with anxiety attacks.

Obviously I cant tell you if its normal after a miscarriage or not, but I can absolutley tell you that the dizzy and shakey inside, ringing ears shortness of breathe are things I went through and sound 100% anxiety related. Who wouldnt feel anxious and a bit paniced after what you've been through...
Ive been through just about the worst anxiety has to offer and can tell you that you really need to make every effort not let this cycle get started..Let me explain..you have your first panic symptoms..its scary so naturally you're on "alert" for anything that feels out of the ordinary also You wonder "whats wrong ! am i sick? do i have a disease?" in your case "is this related to the miscarriage?"(this the "worry phase" so you get more sensations that are new (from anxiety) and you freak out which causes you to have another panic attack and more symptoms..so you repeat the earlier  worry cycle..which peats the second cyle of panic attack/symptoms..then you add in doctor visits because you're "sure" something has to be wrong..then meds with side effects that will freak you out equally..and there you have a recipe for months or years of being crippled with panic.

Im not making light of it or fun of you i just described what I personally expeienced when my panic started.
I know it seems hard right now and too simple to be true but you need to give yourself time to accept that you went through something awful and grieve ( I am sorry you had to BTW) dont get too upset when you feel "off" let it pass,it's scary to feel like you do but just see it through & reassure yourself that you are ok (even if you have to do it out loud) , rest as much as you can, hydrate, eat well and honestly to the best of your ability let the rest off the world take a hike while you re-adjust and settle down from this tramatic event. Allow yourself to find a little peace...take care.
