So sorry to hear this,since this has an underlying psychological cause(depression etc) Id try some therapy,if you can learn to deal differently with your depressed moods your problem will be way easier to handle.Lily
You could try posting on the weight loss and healthy lifestyle expert forum. I believe this doctor has a good approach and that is making incremental lifestyle changes.
It sounds like you use food to cope and to sabotage.
You could try checking out shrinkyourself.com. The doctor use to answer posts on several of the forums here at medhelp. I would strongly endorse his approach.

The doctor says that sometimes that yo-yo weight loss is due to relationships.
I was the same way. Then I started a program called Visalus. You drink two shakes a day and you don't get hungry in between. If u r interested I can send u my link. People lose 30 and 50 pounds and u dont have to excercise. I gotta have some motivation and this is like doing nohing. I just started and already lost 3 lbs. I am sick of being fat and depressed. So I figure if I get some of the weight off I'll feel better about me
