depression?

alright so for the pass 3 days i was not able to feel anything in my chest, only my heart cause my panic attacks and the reason for this out of nowhere is feeling like garbage for no reason what so ever and i never had depression before in my life, but my wife tells me that she had depression before she met me and what i described to her was the same exact thing she went through in the past and case and point she said it was depression it just happens meaning the symptoms.i'm on paxil 10 mgs for depression and 0.25 mgs of xanax 3 times a day as needed. it just does it and have no idea how to reduce this symptom from happening cause its taking a toll on me like not remembering anything chest feels dead unable to sleep til about 3 in the morning. if anyone has gone through this please leave a comment and i'll get back to u peace

right now its still happening with my chest, the feeling like garbage and unable to sleep. its almost 1 here and doing my best to try and reduce the symptom. between listening to music which helps alot most of the time and drinking mad water and have the fan pointed at me cause i burn up in my head and right ear, so if anyone i mean anyone on here has had this please leave a comment  and i'll reply back asap.
