flashbacks ??

I just posted a question under the wrong forum , so hopefully I did this correct this time....
I am bipolar and also have PTSD borderline personality disorder and seizures....
Lately I have been having episodes where I wake up in the middle of the night and I feel paranoid, foggy , and just confused !!! They last around 30 seconds and they are very scary ....
I always get so scared thatI end up in tears .... Everyone thinks they are seizures.but I really think its something associated with flashbacks .... When someone ask me what they are like ... I can't explain!! It's horrible ... I've had bipolar and paranoia for years .. but these episodes are scary!! Help
