I don't think your question  is one people here can answer.  We are not doctors, just people with depression.  Please talk to a doctor about this.  I am not sure what your question has to do with depression.

Actually, yes.  Prozac can cause a false positive for amphetamines, and LSD.  If you have tested positive for something you didn't take, you need to ask for another (more sensitive) test to be done.

Just to give you an update, the fluoxetine didn't cause any false positives. 4Maddie44, I didn't mean to annoy you. I was just worried and seeking answers.
