genetic cyclic depression

i  suffering from genetic cyclic depression  i got 4 attack still now  each attack of 3 months to 18 months. attack comes every 3 to 5 years of period. i m 34 yrs of age i having symtoms (symptoms) during attack are insomnia lack of confidence inferiority complex general phobia social fear weight loss loss of apetite please suggest best suitable homeopathy redemies
