yes i found my partners mum dead in her house from a morphine overdose last july i was trying to give her cpr for 10 mins but to no avail iv thought it could be this playin on my sub consciouss as iv not really been dwelling on it to much so it could be at the back of my mind eatin away but i definately do not feel too good at the moment thankyou 4 ur reply it means the world to me to know there are people that i can talk to
I agree with the last post, when you lose interst in things you normally enjoy and are sad all the time, you are probably depressed and need to see a professional for evaluation. Sometimes depression is caused from traumatic events in our childhood which we have forgotten about, or think we have. But these things come back and manifest themselves as depression and/or anxiety. Anytime something like this is interfering with your daily life and quality of life, you have to address it like any other illness. We've all been thru this and many are still struggling, so there is a lot of wonderful support for you here. Know you're not alone and there is always someone here to talk with. Hello. You may be suffering from a depressive disorder, as prolonged feelings of sadness and isolation from others can be symptoms. Did you experience any trauma or major life changes when this began? If so, this could be more reactive. If not, there may be a biochemical imbalance.
