hi my 18 and right im feeling really scared and down. i watched a normal horror movie on halloween nite and frm then on i think in my head WHAT IF..i ever hurt myfamily r any1 and im getting images in my head all the time im soo scared to do anythin now and im confidence is gone. i feel like ders sum1 else in my head sayin these things,y do i fink these fings??i keep thinking then that im evil im really scared i fink away head loike images if i hurt sum1..i feel then im crazy and going nuts...wat do yas fink...plz help?
