help about depression

Well last week I've been so emotional and I don't know why, I never cry but now for no reason I keep cryin I stay at home in darkness, don't want to talk to friends, now a week has past and I feel a lot better but I can't stop crying and also I can't sleep properly its hard for me to go bed I will be up until 3 in the morning and twisting and turning and wake up at 5 and try to go back to bed but I can't, can someone give me advise I don't know what to do?

I think you need to see a physician, maybe a psychiatrist. It sounds like you are very depressed and it would be good for you to talk to someone objectively. Also possibly get some medication for right now. Good luck, my friend.

It does sound like you are suffering from depression but I am not a doctor but I am speaking from experience.  I have major depression and my emotions have been regulated by Parnate, a true life saver for me.  You really need to see a psychiatrist and get treated right away or you will only get worse.  You don't deserve to feel and live like this. I hope this helps.
