Have you tried to lay in your bed and listen to soothing music to see if the voices and screaming would stop? Also meditating would be great. You can get free AP's to try.
I am reading the seriousness of your problem including your screen name.
I would really recommend sharing with your parents what's happening to you. Ask if they can make an appointment with a pscychiatrist. A counselor is good for many things but in this instance a pscychiatrist would be better to help you and diagnosise you. Counselors do not diagnosise and are not as knowledgable about mental health as pscychiatrists and pscycologists. When making the appt make sure to give them your age.
Hi!
I think you should talk to you parents about the problem you are facing, tell them everything. You need to consult with a counselor, who will give better suggestions for you..
First of all, you are not going crazy.
Second of all, you need someone to explain to you what it is that you are experiencing. All people may have an odd thought come up into their heads, even in an abrupt manner. That doesn't mean that this is a threatening situation. YOU are in control of YOU. What comes in your mind is NOT in control of you. You just have to filter out good thoughts from bad thoughts. Keeping the good thoughts, and disregarding the bad thoughts. Notice the word disregard. Act as if it didn't even happen, since it is something that you do not agree with. It is a process to learn how to do that, until it becomes an instinctual habit after some time.
Having said that, i believe that you need to tell your mother that "i need to tell you something. i know it may sound weird. But i am not lying and i would like you to tell me what it is. I had "this" and "that" experience and i would like your help/words of comfort with it".
Take care :)
