It likely means you have a mood disorder but it show no signs of bipolar or Border Line Personality Disorder. You are always urged to get a second opinion on a diagnosis. If you are not bipolar or BPD it is good and you still need medicines and treatment is the symptoms get worse. If you do research you will find that any mood disorder if untreated can worsen.
