Can someone help me read this diagnostic impression? Any clues?
Axis 1: 1: 29633 major depressive disorder, recurrent, severe without psychotic features.
2: 3004 dysthymic disorder.
3: 30390 alcohol dependence.
Axis 1: (rule out)
1: 29680 bipolar disorder nos
Axis 2: (rule out)
1: 3019 personality disorder nos
Axis 3: multiple medical issues
Axis 4:current stressors are severe.
Axis 5: current: 00050 baseline 00065
