Get into see a doctor, get on medication to get your brain chemicals back in line.  There is no reason to suffer if there is help available.

Therapy can help to determine what is causing your anxiety and sometimes this alone can get you over it. But if it's not enough, medication may be needed as well.  Medication doesn't cure depression, it allows you to live a normal, happy life by suppressing the symptoms.  I have been on medication for many years, it gave me my life back. If it comes down to you needing medication try to think of it like this, if you were diagnosed with any other type of illness that required medication, you would take it without any hesitation, and depression is no different.  For some of us, it's a life long problem, for others therapy is enough.  Take that first step to getting your life back and see a mental health professional and go from there.  Take care.

Thank you for your advise ,yes i went to several  professional Doctors and they recommend me to take medication .i'm not sure if antidepression cure the illness which i'm suffering for ,so i don't know what is best for me ,most of the people who take antidepression they experience that the medicine it's just are relief drug ,but it cant treat the illness and when someone stop taking the drug ,he or she  return in the some situation and maybe the illness it can be very harmful than before taking the drug this is my worry.

Hi and welcome to the forum.
Sounds like you have been suffering from depression for some time. Have you sought professional help for it, and if so, what did they tell you?
There are a number of treatments for depression that can vary depending on the type of depression you have, your symptoms , and who you see for treatment.  It is said that the best treatment is a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy and medication.
The best advice I have for you is to see a psychiatrist or other mental health professional
and follow their recommended treatment.  You will get a lot of great information here from those who are or have gone thru exactly what you are.  We're happy to help.
