i can't deal with my depression.

Hello my name is Alishah. I am 20 years old. My body keeps aching all the time and I am always very sleepy. This is v unusual because I don't sleep that much. When I sleep I usually see irritating dreams. My left eye keeps watering, my neck aches too sometimes and I don't know what to do. Can someone help me?

It doesn't seem unusual if you say that you are always sleepy but you don't sleep that much.  Having a regular sleep pattern is very important when dealing with depression.  It can cause physical problems as well.

I was dealing with fatigue recently and my fr suggested taking potassium pills. Maybe you voulfcould look into that, vitamin d or a good one a day vitamin.
