i want to sop taking my meds

My meds make me feel like **** all the time,,i been on all kinds of diffrent antidepressents for 4 years,,,And Im starting to think maybe its been the meds thats been makin me worse,,,I started taking then 4 years ago cuse my doctor thought it would help my depressen n social phobia,,,n panic attacks,He put me on effexor,,,n it did help with my moods,,i felt more confident to get off my but and get a job,,,but over months he uped the meds n i lost my job cuse of panic n anciety ,,and now over the years i been put on so many diffrent meds,,im starting to think its the meds making me worse,,,I cant think straght anymore,,,im confussed alot,,,I feel lost,,,,Do you think I should get off the meds and try and get better just with tharaphy alone,,I dont know what to do,,,

It might be a matter of the specific medications and dosage problems. Don't give up on the idea of medication entirely. Speak to your psychiatrist and if they have no ideas you might ask for a referral to a mood disorders specialist. There are an increasing number of options.

I want to too. I have bad anxiety. I think my med's are not working anymore. If you get another the old one's will bleed through till they are out of your system.
