is there something mentally wrong with me?

i know i don't have hypochondria ... because i'm aware that i'm not sick. but somehow, my body convinces myself that i am. it's gotten to the point where i've been hospitalized. i can't control myself from becoming aware of my good health, but afetrwards i have these guilt pangs that just make it worse. i miss tons of school and am trying to even just graduate this year with my class. it's awful, and i think i've developed my insomnia because i stay up all night depressed, worry and guilty about it. what's wrong with me?
