I have been on Celexa for a pretty long time now (Good results) and I notice that my semen volume is very low. Is this a possible side effect or should I be worried?. Any help would be appreciated.
As a matter of debate, some doctors think that there may be a fertility issue with RE; meaning that you might have trouble fathering a child but others disagree. Every time a man ejaculates, over a billion sperm can be present in his semen. A lower semen count MAY mean lower sperm count, but when talking about billions of sperm, what difference does a couple hundred million sperm really matter? And, if you're not looking to have kids in the near future and the Celexa is working for you then you have absolutely nothing to worry about.
