Hi! I take abilify and trileptal and have no gained weight from those two. Hope this helps!
Also, Zyprexa for me was super bad on the weight thing. I gained 20 lbs!

I didn't find lithium cause me any weight, cant say any others, maybe ask your psychiatrist they will have a better idea.
