mixing tegretol with lithium

I asked this question yesterday but cannot find the answer!!!  The center that I go to (no MD's) have put me on 600 mg of Lithium (900 was too much) and have added tegretol (200mg). these are both taken at night as they make me drowsy. someone told me that you dont usually mix these two drugs. what do you think. i am also on 2 mg klonipan to help me sleep.  where do i go to find your answer?

I have been on both meds but not at the same time.I didnt like either of them very much.I dont feel like they did anything for me .I am on celexa/zyprexa as I am bipolar.and they have worked wonderfully for me. talk to the center and tell them what you have told here and maybe see about a different med.
