Ask if some of what you describe is a potential side effect of the Tradazone. It is an anti-depressent of course but if its being given for sleep only, one option you could ask your psychiatrist about is Rozerem which is an FDA approved medication that works like melatonin to adjust the sleep cycle and generally a person doesn't feel tired the next day. That doesn't mean you might not have ADHD in addition to all this. You could ask your psychiatrist about all this. If the panic attacks aren't being treated you could ask what could help on that as well.
The symptoms you describe are intolerable and you should see your doc about adjusting or changing your meds. You should not have to suffer the things you are. If your doc says he doesn't know, see a psychiatrist, or try another one if you already see a psychiatrist.
