I wake up in the saddest mood EVERY day.
Just recently it has gotten much worse.... I go to bed happy , rarely ever down, but once I wake I feel so sad and lonely and depressed! Recently the feelings have become much stronger and I'm afraid it will continue to get worse...I'm not the kind of person to do any drugs and have read and witnessed how antidepressants do more harm than good, so that is not even an option I would consider...any suggestions would be appreciated.
