my heart is beating vary fast

Ever since i having started my new meds sarsguell 25mg and paxil 20 mg,,my heart has been pounding fast,,,everytime i try to do anything around the house i have to sit down because my heart speeds up n i get lightheaded,,,I have been having alot of pain down my left leg also,,the pain gose all the way down the back of my left leg,,,is this normal,,,????

I looked it up and Paxil might cause this. This appears to be of concern so you should speak to your psychiatrist right away about it.
