need help

ok having a depressive episode long story meds are currently being changed etc. thing is i have split with my fiancee two weeks ago and we are staying friends for now. things is i get allot of nice warm happy thoughts which are great. but then sometimes if i just simply think of her i feel sad and then all the negative stuff follows. i get dry mouth adrenalin rush etc and  heart pounds sometimes. is this anxiety phase mixed up with depression and will it pass.

the reason we split up was because i suddenly woke up one day and had no feelings for her. the thoughts and feelings saying i dont love her lasted 24/7 weather i was with her or not. breaking up thoughts upset me as well everything associated with feelings and thoughts i was upset it was driving mad. very devistated when i said we should just be friends.

so any ideas thanks

I feel these emotions are common when we learn that we don't love someone as we once did......if ever.  It makes you sad because a relationship has died and to feel bad about this is normal.  Break-ups are never easy regardless of "why" you break up. It will take some time to get over this, but it will be okay.  You would be very cold hearted to not feel bad at this point, and I think the new meds will help as well.  You did what you knew had to be done, and I hope the two of you can remain good friends.  Don't be too hard on yourself, and take care.
