i dont know if im deperssed, 6 years ago my vision changed, as if i wasnt seeing reality like its not cleari, i know this is reality but i hate feeling like this. i feel so down  and cant get it out of my head. it happened once before and when away so i thought the same thing would happen but it never, so for 6 years ive got on with my lfe and im happy but the feelings came back this week and i just want it to go away. im 22 year old female uk and would love it if i could get one with my life, i have a great boyfreind and would love to see my furture with him. please help me, if its not a metal problem please say too. thank you
