When I was first dx bi polar I would take my pills then start to feel better. tThen I would quit taking them.I was in denial about being bi polar but then I would go manic and end up in the hospital. The 3rd time I know I need to atke my pills and I have done so faithfully for 6 years now.
So tell me more about your situation and I will see what I can do to help.
