plz give me an advise......

have been on alprazolan for years . I am taking 10MG per day . It was the only medication at the time that I could take for my Panic Attacks , that I did not have any side effect to . I am beginning to have outburts of anger , depression , very much anxiety , and my panic attacks are here again .I feel like my blood pressure goes up after I take one and my face gets numb around my mouth and nose , my forehead feels like it is drawing and I get dizzy headed . When I get depressed I am so confussed . after some time i become crazy ...my total body was shaking,and swetting? Please help me :)
