plz help me..........

have been on alprazolan for years . I take 10MG  Per a day . It was the only medication at the time that I could take for my Panic Attacks , that I did not have any side effect to . I am beginning to have outburts of anger , depression , very much anxiety , and my panic attacks are here again .I feel like my blood pressure goes up after I take one and my face gets numb around my mouth and nose , my forehead feels like it is drawing and I get dizzy headed . When I get depressed I am so confussed . This morning I took my Inderal and an hour later I took my alprazolan ,30 minutes later I start feeling the funny feelings . Am I going crazy , is this just in my head ? Please help me :)

if u dont have a doc, find one. u need some other pills. alprazolan obvuiously expired 4 u.

ps u aint going crazy u just need new meds
