I am on my 4th day of prozac 10mg.....feel spacy a little dizzy and lightheaded, no appetite is this normal?  my doc doesn't even think i am depressed and didn't want to prescribe...I have multiple physical symptoms with no diagnosis and wanted to try an antidepressant.  I can't say that some of these symptoms were not happening before I started the drug...  I just haven't felt right in such a long time...

I don't know if I am going to take my dose today, I just don't feel right.

It is going to take some time for the prozac to start working. That spacy feeling is actually quite normal, think of it as the medication at work, with time it will go away. And your appetite will return.  Some people such as I, had to try different antidepressants until I found the right one for me. But with each one the spacy feeling was there for at least the first couple weeks.
