quiting prozac

Hi im slowly tapering off prozac by 10 mg a week down to 30 mg from 50 mg....im doing ok feel abit anxious but im on xanax also and wellbutrin..im wondering if the wellbutrin alone will help the depression..has anyone had sucess with that.i was also recently put on the estradiol hormone patch...i want a sex life and happiness..i have lost 10 pounds

i also wonder if any of you had depression or anxiety after a complete hystrectomy, i had mine 14 years ago and was on hormones for awhile but stopped them after 8 years,,hoping they will help me

im down from 50 mg to 20 mg of proxac now,,,i feel tired all the time but i kinda did on the higher dose of prozac i have lost some weight,but even with the wellbutrin i still feel some depression..sex drive is better,i was put on the estradoil estrogen patch and im not to sure about it..i dont know why i would feel some depression as im on the wellbutrin and im trying not to take much adderall.i dont see my pshy till sept and i tried to call but tey ddint return my call...is it posssible to get down feeling when going off prozac even thought im on the wellbutrin....when i first put this hormone patch on my anxiety went thru the roof but i feel so tired and forgetful all the time and this isnt new i was hoping getting off the prozac woudl help any thoughts

klonopin makes me worse depressed and ativan causes dizziiness so im stuck with xana was on it for 17 years and it was like a miracle drug and then i stopped cold turkey havent been same since

Wellbutrin has been known to increase anxiety and agitation in people taking it, especially if they already tend to be anxious. I was on Wellbutrin and Abilify and did not notice any significant anxiety; once I came off the Abilify I was on the wellbutrin I was intensely anxious. I ended up stopping the Wellbutrin as well. A tip: if you plan on taking xanax long term you might want to consider Klonapin instead. Xanax is highly addictive and is not recommended for long-term use while Klonapin (which is very similar and in my opinion works just as well) is more suitable for long term use and less addictive.
