really need reasurance please help?

hi i am just asking if this is happens or happened to anyone else.  When i appear to be stressed or when stress builds up mainly on a subconcious level say after more than 4 weeks of it. I start to notice myself building up tears and getting irritable etc like i can feel my depreesion episode brewing and i cant do anything about it. Then a few days later bang i loose all feelings of love for my fiancee and my mind starts questioning everything and goes on a rampage. i get all bad memories from different parts of my life just randomly popping in,flash backs of situations when i felt numb trying to kiss my fiancee. All at the same i get upset i have loose stools, my neck gets stiff etc and have mild panic attacks mainly adrenaline rushes etc. When really my fiancee have been fine etc right up till that moment. we never argue etc. I would say 80 percent is work stress the other is money and things. it always happens to me as i have looked back in my diary and its a common pattern. is there anything i can do to stop being so sensitive to stress.  please help !!!!

This is all really common of depression/anxiety.  Have you tried therapy? It really helps.  They help get to the root of your issues and to help build you up to be a happier and stronger person.  You are definitly not alone.  Therapy would be good for you, and your relationship with your fiancee.  Maybe this job isnt for you if it causes this much stress on your life..instead of focusing on stress maybe at times when you feel stressed drink chamomile tea...it eases anxiety.  Also finding or pursuing a hobby can really help too.  It can get your mind off things and creates a better focus and gives you goals and something to look forward to and be happy about.  Good luck!
