scan I claim my newborn baby as a dependent for more money at my hearing when i go before the judge

I have been waiting to be approved for social disability for depression, anxiety , bipolar,ptsd stc... You name it I got it, anyway to be short and sweet my hearing with lawyers, is finally coming on nov 3rd... I jsut had a baby 9 months ago... will I get paid for her too? as a dependent? Thank you

These are questions you need to be asking your attorney.  I would say "yes", but again, you need to rely on the professionals who are handling your case!

I feel you would as well, but it's important to ask your attorney this so that when you go to court he can request this.

Hey thanks for keepin up with my questions, yea I know ask the attorney, he is soooo hard to get ahold of, its like climbing mount everest to get him on the phone. So when you see a question posted , In my mind I know they will eventually come to a fruituon, but at the samw time, or at that exact moment that question pops into my worried little mind, I want to ask, just hoping someone thats on disability ,possibly will read it and know the answer. So I dont have to worry so darn much, if you know what I mean. I appreciate you! I really do, you are the only one that anseres my questions or gives me advice and thats so nice of you. You sound like a really neat lady. Why dont you ever tell me whats going on with you, we are on this chat to do that are we to that are we not?Youve helped me so much, I would love to try and be there for you as well, whats going on with you?
