schizoaffective disorder

My close friend have schizoaffective disorder. It is very difficult for me to visit him at the hospital because lot of times he wont want to visit and or he's very angry. Every time he gets better and gets out of hospital he starts his bad habitS which is drinking and leaves the country and goes to England and he makes bad chioces. It's very hard to please him and make him listen. PLAEASE HELP ME TO HELP HIM.
