schizoaffective disorder

My son has recently been diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder. You mentioned masteringstress program might be helpful for someone to understand that they really do have this disorder.
Can you tell me how and where do we get it?
My son is 25 and this is really hurting him, and he does not like taking the medicine.
Also, if he takes the medicine will he be a productive individual as time goes on?
Also, is this condition hereditary? Is this found in our genes?
