Those are both relatively low doses so I wouldn't worry about it too much. It's never a very good idea to just stop taking your medication on your own (especially seeing as both of those have withdrawal), and if the same doctor prescribed both I'd again not be too worried. If you're worried you should continue to take the medication and call your doctor to make an appointment to talk about it, and if you do somehow develop serotoninSerum serotonin level syndrome off of low doses like that someone else will notice and take you to the hospital.
