serotonin syndrome

im on 30 mg of prozac and 45 mg od aderrall..... have alot of symptoms of serototin syndrome but they are also side effects of the meds...i hear its rare but my pharmisit warned me about it now im freaking,,cause i have headache dierehha sweating,un steady walk which i think is from my xaanx.....i cant quit worrying about this

Adderal mimic serotonin syndrome like do all amphetamines. If you get fever then rush to the hospital. Benzos like Xanax are used to calm someone from a serotonin syndrome.. Just letting you know.

so u think i dont have the sydrome i have no fever but i get hot and coldoff and on....and the headache i got yesterday when i took 60 mg of adderall (adderrall) is still with me is that common,i took way to much never do thta again

You don't have Serotonin Syndrome.  Your symptoms are side effects of the Adderall (adderrall).  Call your doctor Monday and ask to be seen...when you get there, tell him you want off the Adderall (adderrall), it was a poor choice to begin with.  I would tell you to just quit taking it all together, but you must check with your doctor first.

alot of my symptoms i was having before the adderall (adderrall)...so i cannt just blame it..i have thought i had serotonin syndrome since being put on the prozac

A normal dose of Prozac also wouldn't cause SS.  You'd know if you had it....it is very severe, you would most likely be in the hospital.

Try to focus on other things, go for a walk, watch a movie....something to get your mind off of these repetitive worries.

We can't rule out medical condition here. While we are 100% sure you don't have serotonin syndrome if you experience fever while you think you have it I would rush to the hospital and take a Xanax before. Fever is the symptoms that along with agitation and sweating will tell you for sure it is serotonin syndrome.
