serotonin syndrome

will wellbutrin xl 150mg qd and lexapro 10mg qd possibly cause S.S.?

Namaste,

Serotonin syndrome is a rare, but potentially life-threatening adverse drug reaction that results from intentional self-poisoning, therapeutic drug use, inadvertent interactions between drugs, or the recreational use of certain drugs.

It is unlikely that you would experience serotonin syndrome from taking the medications described, especially if they are prescribed and being taken as directed.
