Depression is when you start to not do things like; attend school/work/social events.
when you are fatigue and have sad thoughts most of the time, and thoughts of self harm or suicide. I have been going through depression for many years and anxiety, and if you can seek help you should. people try and use positive thinking, as the brain is in control of everything, but anti depressants help with the chemical balance in your brain of serotonin.
