sluggish bowel

hello,
i have been having some digestive issues, and a recent colonoscopy suggested that the medications i take (wellbutrin, effexor, remeron -- all high doses) has caused my bowels to become sluggish... but he didnt say which one, or if it was the combination of all three... it's driving me nuts and i really need a solution to the problem...

For all of you eat lots of soluble fiber and drink tons of water. metamucil isd good and so is the benefiber. I take the tablets. (many years if IBS D) and most important is to exercise to get the sluggish bowels moving on their own Just a 30 min brisk wal a day will do it.

slugish as in semi constipated?medication does that.try metamucil or if it is digestive tract related try a daily dose of yogurt.personally i would resort to drugs last.not a med pro though.good luck
