Give it a shot. If your Depression is VERY mild then it may help.

Just don't expect it to work if your depression and anxiety are at a Moderate to severe level. Also do not take it with any prescription Psychotropic medications.

St. John's Wort didn't touch my depression, although i took it for uite a time in the hopes it would help.  Also take EPA which is also supposed to help depression, but I haven't really noticed any difference.  Got so low have now had to go back onto anti-depressants.  Anything is worth a try, so go for it.  Good luck.  Take care.
